Australia - Part 4

Seventh day -
This was the day of my 18th birthday!!! (23rd Dec)

Loch Ard Gouge!

There was this "private beach" that was located amongst the sea, but we didn't visit it due to the lack of time.

London Bridge!

We went to this Greek restaurant to celebrate my birthday hehe.

The family which took such good care of me during my visit there :') I'm really grateful, and happy for my sister that she found such a loving home hehe.

Eighth day -
We had brunch at Cherries, followed by an insane day of shopping. I didn't take any pictures because I was too busy spending money on things that I didn't need. There was a Christmas Eve sale!!!
We went back home for dinner, and I swear that was the best meal that I have ever eaten. Every single dish was delicious, especially the squid wrapped in aluminum foil omg it was amazing.

Ninth day -
Christmas lunch and dinner at the relative's house.

Someone there (I'm not sure who) made this dessert. I think it's some sort of meringue, but it melts in your mouth and it was super super good. Every other dessert following that didn't taste as nice hahahaha.
He was telling us that it's simple to make though hmm.

And thus concluded the best week of my life.

What I learnt -
1. The cost of living is incredibly expensive.
2. The weather is erratic as fuck.
3. Customer service is amazing. They greet you once you enter the shop, and they're always ready to help.
4. Graffiti was everywhere. Some were obviously done by non-artistic vandals, but the artistic ones were really cool.
5. The flies are daring and damn bloody huge.
6. Explicit advertisements. They're allowed to use phrases like "you bloody idiot" lol if that happened in Singapore, all the aunties confirm complain.

I'm looking forward to visiting Australia again!!!

Australia - Part 3

Sixth day -
Our first stop was at the Apollo Bay Beach.

There are so many beautiful beaches around, and I think they would've been flooded with people if the temperature wasn't so low. There were a couple of hardcore surfers though, I have no idea how they managed to survive the cold.

We went to Bay Leaf Cafe for breakfast next!

My tiny cappuccino hehe.

The road towards Cape Otway Lightstation had a few koala bears, but this one was my favourite hehe just look at it's cute little sleeping position.

Next, we went to Otway Fly Treetop Walk.

This part of the treetop walk was merely supported by two ropes.

It became really foggy, which seemed like the perfect start to a horror movie.

The last attraction we visited was the 12 Apostles.

I remember it being so windy, the

Lastly, we checked into Port Campbell Seafoam Villa.
Port Campbell is a small little town which we got to explore around before dinner. It basically had one main lane where all the restaurants and other essentials were located.

Not far ahead, there was an old-looking gas station.
Unlike most gas stations in Singapore, it wasn't advanced in a sense that the owner had to personally come out to check on the amount of gas pumped.

This cracked me up HAHA FRYING NEMO.
