Phone Pictures

More pictures from my phone!!! (This is my seventh post in two days hahaha wow)

Outfits for Chinese New Year :-)

While walking on a bumpy surface, I tripped and fell. Julian laughed at me and at the next moment, a bird shat on his hand.
THANK YOU BIRDS HAHAHA.

I got an online voucher from Xccelerate because they posted my picture on their instagram page! I still haven't used it though......
I think this was my favourite outfit of all three days. This caged skirt (from Choies) had been in my closet for months, but I didn't know how to pair it hahaha.

Pictures after our CSAS interview test!!! My hair turned out to be super red in these pictures, but in real life it was much darker at that time.

Bombay Bicycle Club's question & answer session on Facebook.
I missed it :-( But I don't have anymore questions for them, except for when they would like our wedding to be held.

They had a Q&A previously on Reddit, and I asked them a question about sending them fan mail. They gave me their manager's email, so I sent an email asking about snail mail so I could send them letters and pictures from them to sign.
I wrote each of them a fullscape-long letter, expressing my admiration and other random stuff. I also sent them pictures for them to sign hehe they replied back after a couple of months!!! Their autographs are now pasted on the wall above my bed hehe.

Oh they also mentioned that they're trying to tour Asia this year, so fingers crossed!

PS - Jack is the lead vocalist.

This was after our PORM presentation!

During the Chingay finale, I wasn't involved in the street parade because I had to attend a post-parade reception. On one of the rehearsal days, I could watch the whole finale from the seats because there was no reception :-) I wish I brought my camera though, because the view was really good.

Just a selfie with Mrs Lee Kuan Yew.

And a picture with Mr Lee Kuan Yew :-)

I attended the garden party at Istana, where I got to wear this huge dress which looks even grander than a wedding gown hahaha.
My job was simple though - to let people take pictures with me.
It sounds easy, but oh my god it was so tiring. My face was cramping from all the smiling, my legs were killing me and although it was a sheltered tentage, it was so hot.

On the bright side, I got to take a picture with President Tony Tan!
Unfortunately, the picture was taken with professional cameras for other websites so I don't have it :-(

I met these girls for dinner in town.

Beckie wasn't there at that time, so we cropped her picture in hahaha.
And when she finally arrived, Anna had to leave :-(

I'm on the NAFA website!

I met the girls again for drinks at this little restaurant near to Anna's work place.

I spent my Valentine's Day with Ruby hehehe.
We went to Bedok Mall for food and to get my present (I really needed perfume cuz my old one ran out). Next, we went to Century Square for a movie! We watched That Awkward Moment and frankly, the only thing I remember is Zac Efron's butt. Lastly, I went over to his place for supper and our own movie marathon.

We ate a lot of food hahahaha.

I got to be part of Chingay @ Heartlands!
I had to stand on a float that passed by a few neighbourhoods, such as Bedok and Tampines. We danced crazily for a while because it was pretty exciting, but it got a little boring so we ended up waving instead. After about two hours, I started using my phone when there were only a few people on my side and even called Ruban hahahaha.

Wise quote to remember.

While standing on the float, this happened. One of the balls came off and I couldn't find a piercing shop nearby.
The next day, the right side of my piercing had sunk into my meat and I could feel the hole starting to close up. I called Finch, and went back to get a new one :-)
I panicked for nothing because the hole didn't even close. I couldn't even feel a thing when he poked it back out and replaced the ball hahaha.

As good as new :-)

It's currently 5am and I really need to sleep hahaha. I'm gonna post again soon (I hope) cuz I really like expressing my thoughts on this space.

Phone Pictures

Hello these are some pictures from my phone.

I performed for Let's Talk Season 4 :-)
They edited the song, so I was quite bummed about it because the original song is so much nicer..... We only did one take for the dance haha thank god I didn't screw it up. They came to nafa to film us, and I talked about my family on the show - like how my dad disapproves of this whole hobby of mine.
During the actual filming, I actually taught the hosts/ one of the guys there a couple of simple steps and stuff, but they edited it out.
It turned out to be pretty short and sweet, and I'm so grateful to have this opportunity hehe.
OH ONE THING I HATED was the way I spoke!!! I noticed that I kept saying "um" throughout the interview, and I did it subconsciously because I was trying to phrase my words. I also hated that my big fat pimple was so prominent.

Dinner with my sister and mum!!!
We went to this place in Boat Quay, it's called Tomyum Kungfu if I'm not wrong. The food there is quite good, but it's damn oily hahaha.

On a separate occasion, we had dinner at Itacho Sushi.

My sister ordered some stuff that I wouldn't normally order, but I still tried it and it turned out to be pretty good. A little out of my comfort zone, but it's still acceptable.
I still love salmon sashimi and crabmeat the most.

A school day where we all had a little bit of black.

More pictures from the day we hopped from club to club.

Champagne at Dream.

The day I wore bohemian clothes to school.

This was how my hair looked when I first dyed it. It had a gradient effect because my roots absorbed the dye better than the ends of my hair.

The cover of Bombay Bicycle Club's newest album (WHICH I HAVE NOT PURCHASED YET)
I'm planning to save up so that I can buy their new merchandise together, like a shirt or something!

Kaisiong bought me these socks because he said that these reminded of him of me hehe how sweet :-)

Being a loudspeaker-stand as Kelly tried to convey a message.
This was the environment that we had to do our makeup/ wait in during the Chingay Parade. To be honest, I didn't like it at all. It gets really humid, especially with all the people, and I perspire really easily and it makes my makeup all gross-looking and moist.

More pictures from that day at Planet.

We were featured on the front page of The Straits Time! :-)

The few of us in school bought our first ever 4D ticket!!! Qingyun's bus broke down, and Jess suggested it hahaha so we did it. The number didn't come out though :-(
We shall try our luck again next time!
